Job Description
• Provide hands-on technical support for laptops, desktops, and workstations across Windows & macOS.
• Peripheral Management: Install, configure, and maintain docking stations, monitors, webcams, keyboards, mice, headsets, printers, and specialty equipment.
Manage peripheral inventory, compatibility, and standardization.
• Networking & Connectivity: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and shared network resources.
• Conference Room & Event Support: Setup, test, and maintain video conferencing and audio systems (Teams / Zoom Rooms).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update knowledge base articles, and track cases in the ITSM platform.
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
