Your CV is stored privately and is only ever shown to you. It is never shared with employers or other users, and it is never placed in public URLs.
To analyse your background we send your CV text to our AI provider (Anthropic) when AI analysis is enabled. Matching jobs uses a compact structured summary rather than your full CV.
You can delete your CV at any time from your profile, and you can delete your account — which removes your CV, profile, matches and history — in one step.
Job listings come from employers' official public job boards and pages you submit. We link to the original listing so you can verify it.
For each job we show who to contact when we know it: addresses printed in the listing, the person the employer's job system names as posting it, and the company's recruiting inbox. For some teams we also look up the likely hiring manager or recruiter through Apollo.io. We send Apollo only the company's website and the kind of role, never your name, CV or anything else about you. We store and show only professional details (name, job title, LinkedIn profile and, where listed, work email) with their source. Apollo details are deleted after 30 days.
If you are listed as a contact and would rather not be, ask us to remove you. We delete what we hold and make sure you are not added again.
Oleh Jobs is free to use and shows no advertising. Your data is never sold or used for ads. The project is supported only by optional “Buy me a coffee” contributions, which run on Buy Me a Coffee's own site. Nothing from that service is loaded on our pages.
