About the role: As a Senior Software Engineer you'll help build and evolve our AI Agent platform for IT Service Management. You'll take end-to-end ownership of product features, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver AI-powered capabilities for enterprise customers. What you'll do: • Build and scale full-stack features across frontend, backend, and AI agents. • Develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs. • Design reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient agent workflows using context management, prompt caching, and tool use. • Define engineering standards and contribute to architecture decisions. • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams.
