Senior SW Engineer Description - Join our team to develop the core backend software powering an advanced digital printing platform. As a Backend Software Developer, you will work on complex engineering challenges, high-performance systems, and multi-threaded applications that drive innovative printing solutions. You will be part of a small, highly skilled agile team where your impact is visible and significant. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend software components for a complex multidisciplinary system. • Develop scalable and high-performance server-side solutions using Java. • Design and implement concurrent and multi-threaded processes. • Optimize system performance and resource utilization. • Analyze and solve complex technical challenges and edge cases. • Collaborate closely with a small agile development team to deliver high-quality software. • Participate in architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Requirements • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development using Java. • Strong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization. • Experience designing and developing complex software systems. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
