Description abra's Cloud division is seeking an AWS Sales Operation to join our team in Raanana. We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment. Key Responsibilities: • Work with AWS and Amazon’s Partner Network on day-to-day operational activities. • Support customer processes, including contracts, signatures and ongoing coordination. • Work with Salesforce and Monday to update and track opportunities and activities. • Coordinate opportunities and follow-ups with internal teams. • Support AWS partner funding programs and related processes. • Help coordinate the department’s ongoing operational activity and ensure tasks are followed through. • Work with different teams and communicate with customers, partners and managers. • Communicate in English with Amazon and business partners Requirements Must have: • 1–3 years of experience in an operational, coordination, sales operations or customer-facing role. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Comfortable working with multiple systems and processes. • Experience with Salesforce, Monday or similar CRM systems – an advantage. • Experience working with customers, partners, contracts or opportunities – an advantage. • Excellent spoken and written English. • A proactive, organized and service-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently while collaborating with different teams Nice to have: • Ability to work with AI tools.
